Guest Service Officer/Lounge Hostess

Main tasks:

• Assist the guests with a polite, friendly, and professional manner
• Handle check-in procedure and follow admission instruction
• Aim for upselling and revenue maximization in case of walk-in clients
• Present our Food & Beverage Menu, fill up the displays in the lounge area
• Keep tables clean and tidy all the time
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties
• Follow Health & Safety regulations eg. labelling, dating, covering, and refrigerating the prepared items

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education is required
• Clean criminal record is mandatory
• Relevant experiences in hotel, catering or aviation are an advantage
• Good customer service and problem-solving skill
• Fluent communication in English and Hungarian
• Flexibility (working in various shifts, rotating schedules that involves weekends and holidays)
• Work schedule: 8/12 hours shifts, including early mornings and late evenings as well, in line with flight schedules
