Revenue Manager, Budapest

A 4 star Hotel in Budapest is looking for a Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:
- Regularly and actively assist in the preparation of income analysis (statistics, reports) and forecasts;
- Propose and create rules to maximize the incomes
- Continuously provide feedback on the effectiveness of the applied rules, suggesting a possible correction for the rules;
-continuous monitoring of the position of the competitors, proposes to take tactical decisions aimed at maximizing the revenue (price change, modification restriction).
- Ensures that the yield & Revenue Management tactical decisions as soon as possible to be enforced throughout the hotel distribution network, in addition to price and product fullest account of parity;
- If necessary, propose to develop and introduce new products;

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Impeccable appearance,
- Excellent communication (written / verbal) and problem - solving skills,
- Good conflict management skills
- Stress Tolerance
- Capacity,
- Accuracy, precision,
- Management experience,
- User knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently.
- Good analytical skills
- Hotel experience a must
- Four year college degree a must
- Flexibility
