Tasks:
- Welcome the guests
- Provide efficient check in & check out
- Handle guest inquires in a professional manner
- Manage Concierge tasks

Requirements:
- At least one year experience in relevant field
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Fluent English language knowledge both in verbal and written, knowledge of Italian language is an advantage
- Knowledge of Opera system
- Being highly passionate for quality service
