Revenue Manager, Accor-Pannonia Hotels Zrt.
Accor-Pannonia Hotels Zrt, the Hungarian hotel subsidiary of the Orbis Group is looking for: REVENUE MANAGER
Revenue Manager will join Revenue Management team in Budapest Head Office. Will be responsible for implementing strategies to maximize the revenues of the hotels and effective use of revenue management tools in order to enhance revenues and optimize turnover.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
The Revenue Manager
Supports operation in defining the revenue strategy of the hotels;
analyses the revenue and the performance of the hotels;
analyses the performance of the business segments in order to define adequate pricing strategies and launch promotions;
analyses contracts performance before decisions on contracts renewals;
analyses the performance and the pricing strategy of the competitors;
provides dynamic forecasts;
makes daily RM decisions in order to optimize hotel revenues;
is in charge of helping to reach and beat the operational turnover budget of the hotels.
Min. 5 years of experience in hospitality sector in the department of reservations, sales or revenue;
practical knowledge of distribution channels;
knowledge of revenue management tools is considered as an important advantage;
master or Bachelor degree (finance, economy or management preferred);
English language fluency, Hungarian will be an asset;
advanced MS Office knowledge, Excel proficiency;
excellent analytical and presentation skills.
