Senior Reservations and Ticketing Agent, Qatar Airways - Budapest

About your Job:

In this role you will provide a full service-oriented professional reservations and ticketing service to all customers and travel business either through telephone calls or in-person meetings in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and achieve annual budget revenue targets.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have a diploma or associate degree. You will have minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role. You should have the ability to work independently, as well as function as part of a team. Must have the ability to work under pressure with little supervision in a fast paced environment, be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Have a professional manner.

Fluency in English and Hungarian language is essential.
