Domestic developer ZÁÉV Építőipari will convert the Erdődy-Hűvös mansion in Zalaegerszeg into a new accommodation for pilgrims traveling on Mary's Way route from Csíksomlyó in Romania to Mariazell in Austria.

The Ft 233 million development will include the construction of new rooms in the mansion, reconstructing the facade, adding parking space, upgrading the heating system and erecting a new 174 m2 ancillary building.
The project is part of a bigger development to boost religious tourism in Zalaegerszeg, supported with a Ft 5.7 billion subsidy from the government.
