Regional Financial Controller

Main Tasks:
General control of EU region in finance sphere (hotel group, 5 hotels), including:

• Planning, checking, controlling (in comparison with the budget) of all the payments and CF
• P&L reporting preparation and analysis
• Collecting, checking and analyzing information on receivables, taking actions for their decrease.
• Cooperation with the banks, external Accounting companies
• Spot (including in-place) checks of procedures, inventories, cash in hotels
• Participation in projects of automation of business processes of the hotels
• Carrying out calculations and preparing reports for various users
• Consolidation of management data
• Strong assistance in budgeting
• Support of the job of the financial administrators and controllers

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance
• Highly preferably at least 3 years at a hotel or a specialist degree in a hotel
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong experience in financial control
• Fluent English language
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication skills, empathy
• Correct, good working relationship for effective cooperation (kindness, courtesy, helpfulness)

Working hours: Full-time job
