Responsibilities:

As Receptionist, you will provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits.

We rely on You to:

  • Answer the questions of our hotel guests in person, by phone and via e-mail
  • Welcome, check in and check out guests
  • Issue invoice for our guests
  • Ensure the general satisfaction of our guests
  • Serve food and drinks to our Guests
  • Taking care of the closing processes of the reception, preparing reports

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Previous experience in hospitality
