Responsibilities:
As Receptionist, you will provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits.
We rely on You to:
- Answer the questions of our hotel guests in person, by phone and via e-mail
- Welcome, check in and check out guests
- Issue invoice for our guests
- Ensure the general satisfaction of our guests
- Serve food and drinks to our Guests
- Taking care of the closing processes of the reception, preparing reports
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality
