GENERAL MISSION

  • Responsible for all the daily administration of Guests
  • Strengthens co-ordination & communication between departments  on VIP and Loyal and long stay guests and ensuring any special requests or attention are communicated and taken care of.
  • Arranges the preparation work for Welcome (On line check in and fast check out)
  • Supports in hotel administration
  • Assists in following up of guest E-mails
  • Involved in the response to Guests feedback on Social media

REQUIRED CHARACTERISTICS AND SKILLS
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills – both communication and listening skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Good Word and Excel knowledge
  • A problem solver
