Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge looking for an Executive Housekeeper.

Key responsibilities:
•Oversees the operational activities of the laundry and housekeeping departments
•Manages budgets according to occupancy and forecasting, schedules staff accordingly
•Implements guidelines, policies and procedures for their operating departments
•Interviews, selects, trains, appraises, coaches, counsels and disciplines departmental employees/managers according to company standards
•Effectivly communicates with team members
•Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competiting set, to reccomend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary
•Ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations
•Interacts in a positive way with other departments to ensure a luxury guest experience

Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years housekeeping management experience, preferably in the luxury setting
•A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting and scheduling •Strong oral and written communication skills
•Ability to train and develop team members
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
•Excellent organizational skills
•Computer skills (MS Office)
•Fluent Hungarian and English is a must
