THE DELMERE is a 3* modern boutique hotel in central London, which is now recruiting for a talented Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal Receptionist will have previous Hotel Reception experience, able to work with our PMS, be flexible to work various shifts, capable of multi-tasking and have the right attitude for this varied job at a busy front desk.

Our expectations of you as a Receptionist:

-Good knowledge of hotel PMS systems such Opera/Guestline or similar.
-Previous HOTEL Reception experience OR a recognized Hospitality/Tourism qualification.
-Be pro-active and able to deal with guest problems/complaints.
-Be a good team player, but also capable of working independently.
-Have a professional and smart image.
-Be confident and motivated about the hotel industry.
-Be fluent in spoken and written English.
-Have a knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
