Conference & Event Sales Executive

Main duties:

• Create a full proposal to customers for LOCAL (banquet only) meetings and events including Weddings and Outside caterings;
• Follow up the leads and prepare contract for the confirmed LOCAL events;
• Full organization of the accommodation and event requirements of the contracted MICE groups;
• Organization and conduction of site inspections related to contracted groups;
• Monitoring of all changes during the group’s stay;
• Monitoring of contracted deposit payments according the instructions of the Credit Manager;
• Full knowledge of the Hotel products, promotions and services;
• Building quality relationship with new partners and maintain relationship with the existing ones.

The ideal candidate has:
• Excellent negotiation skills with good social skills to interact with customers, employees and third parties giving the correct image of the hotel, the brand and the Company;
• Excellent grooming and manners.

Minimum expectations:
• College or University degree;
• Fluent English and Hungarian, German and French knowledge is an advantage.
