Duty & Reservations Supervisor
Will be responsible for managing aspects of our tour center & our tours, deal with customer service & assisting incoming reservations

Requirements
- Able to work evenings & weekends
- High level English & Hungarian
- Be computer literate
- Organisational skills
- Effective customer service skills & experience
- Be able to work independently & as part of a team
- Reservations experience is desirable but not essential

Guide & Tour Manager
Will be responsible for managing a large team of tour guides & ensuring high quality services

Requirements
- Flexible working times
- Have a high level of English & Hungarian
- Be computer literate
- Have good organisational skills & experience working with people
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have a Hungarian tour guide license & tour guiding experience
- Management experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
