Reservation and Ticketing Agent (m/f/d) based in Budapest, Hungary

We are looking for a Reservation and Ticketing Agent (m/f/d) based in Budapest, Hungary.

Your Mission:

• You handle flight reservations by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS)
• You are in charge of telephone consultation, reservation and sale of flights and services, as well as handling all incoming customer enquiries
• You provide support to end-consumers and trade enquiries by travel agencies, tour-operators and corporates
• You handle automated ticketing
• You create daily sales reports
• You distribute price quotations and information
• You handle Group-bookings and allotments
• You manage and expand the client data base

Your Qualification:

• You have an excellent knowledge of Airline—GDS (e.g. Amadeus/Travelport)
• You have customer service experience preferably in a call center/tourism sector
• You are proficient in computer usage and well versed with MS Office tools
• You have the ability to operate independently and with little guidance in a fast-paced, constantly evolving international environment whilst directly contributing to the company’s growth and success
• You have strong organizational skills
• You are fluent in English and German, further languages are an advantage
