HRS GmbH is currently recruiting for an Account manager

TASK:

  • Proactive sales and active account development in direct corporate segment, as well as close cooperation with indirect partners, including TMC's.
  • Cooperation with Hotel Solutions, Marketing Department, Corporate Solutions (including MICE Department) and employees of the Head Office aimed at achieving desired results and executing corporate sales strategy.

EXPECTATION:

  • Profound, in-depth knowledge of HRS products and services
  • Proactive approach in acquiring new corporate clients and active development of relationships with existing customers
  • Handling of negotiations and consultative selling of HRS services including but not limited to MICE on both: national and international level
  • Business development of new opportunities for the specific area, smart planning of resources in order to achieve yearly targets
  • Preparing and coordination of contracts and monitoring their fulfillment via detailed account development plans and regular client meetings
  • Monitoring and analyzing of market share data and competition activity in corporate segment
  • Close cooperation with Director of Corporate Solutions In creating and analysis of budget and sales strategies within assigned area
  • Implementation of all tasks and projects as requested by the Director of Corporate Solutions
  • Preparation of documents and reports concerning sales effectiveness within corporate segment (individual and MICE turnover) according to guidelines (CRM, Excel)
  • Regular meetings with the corporate customers (minimum per month to be specified by sales leader)
  • Customer care according to individual corporate account plans
  • Excellent CRM management
  • Cost-effective and efficient work and business travels according to guidelines
  • Participation in sales and departmental meetings
  • Compliance with privacy policy and discretion in exposure to client data
  • Other work related tasks as indicated by Director of Corporate Sales

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in Hotel Corporate Sales department or Business Travel industry
  • Strong sales drive and hunger for business
  • Very good knowledge of local corporate and business travel market
  • Excellent command of English and Hungarian languages - both written and spoken
  • Strong orientation on results and strategic goals
  • Very good communication skills, both over-the-phone and in writing
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to create, interpret and action upon reports
  • Willingness to learn and develop inside an international company
