Leisure Sales Coordinator, Budapest

The National Sales Force in Budapest Head Office is looking for Leisure Sales Coordinator.

Mission:
• Support the account manager team and superiors and the sale of hotels’ rooms and meeting rooms
• Handle all data and information related to the department in order to be up-to-date when any information is needed
• Make offers based on the requests received, sending confirmation letters, making modifications if needed, follow-up
• Prepare price agreements and contracts based on the instructions of the key account managers
• Continuously maintain the sales database and sales protocol lists

Personality and skills:
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Helpful, kind, empathetic personality
• Bachelor degree in Commerce or Economics
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speech (business English)
• Team player, open-minded, flexible
