Assistant Hotel Manager - Food & Beverage

Main tasks:

• You work together with the Hotel Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• You are in contact with in- and external suppliers and are in charge of daily stock and cost control as well as monthly reporting
• You drive implementation, monitoring and improvement of MEININGER quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• You manage the team, recruit, coach and develop your team members in close collaboration with your Hotel Manager
• You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day- and evening shifts

Requirements:

• Established education, work experience in the hospitality industry and first leadership experience
• You enjoy leading a diverse motivated team
• You bring a sharp eye for detail
• You are solution-driven, show strong commitment and entrepreneurial way of thinking
• You think it is fun working in a diverse multi-cultural environment and bring people on board to achieve things together
• You possess excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English, any other languages being an advantage
