Multi Property Revenue Manager, Budapest

Our hotel chain is looking for a highly motivated person who will be responsible for the revenue management of multi properties, located in Budapest.

Our requirements:
• Very good communication skills is English
• Experience and ability to develop and implement strategies
• 3 years of experience in similar position
• Understanding of local hotel markets and their price sensibility

Responsibilities
• Measure total revenue performance and target, re-align current strategy if required
• Communicates the revenue generation strategies to all Revenue Management Departments
• Implements and maintains the hotel Revenue Management system
• Responsible for best practice standards to include competitor analysis, distribution yield management, pricing control and new pricing concepts
• Determines hotel’s pricing policy in conjunction with each specialist head of department
• In cooperation with the General Managers and Sales Director revises room rates and prepares annual Budgets.
• Investigate and communicate new ways to capture optimal revenue potentials
• Monitoring the performance of the hotels by using different sources
