We are looking for a candidate with at least ten years of experience in the area of client service, hotel and concierge management for the Budapest office of a multinational company which operates in the business of life-style management and travel services.

Requirements
• University/College degree in tourism 
• At least 10 years’ experience in serving VIP customers in 4-5* hotels in Hungary
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Confident
• Self-starter
• Strong PC & CRM system skills

Main duties & responsibilities:
• Participate in establishing Budapest office operation
• Assist the regional manager in preparing business strategy and oversee he implementation thereof,
• Support corporate clients and member clients from pitch through contract negotiation and on-going maintenance, 
• Take ownership for the marketing and PR function.
• Acquire new Members - act as Brand Ambassador
• Manage administration of Membership applications
• Office and facility management related activities
• Build and maintain database
• Set up connection with local partners (travel agencies, restaurants, clubs, health & beauty companies etc.)
• Knowledge of Hungarian market 
• Request management
• Supervise VIP Customer Service
• Develop training program

Working hours:
Full time employment
Contractual hours are from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, in order to fulfill the duties of the role and network successfully, additional hours may be necessary as long with international travel.
