Responsibilities:
- Review rates, packages, and promotions to ensure familiarity
- Be familiar with all aspects of the property and promote outlets to guests
- Identify callers’ needs
- Offer and reserve special requests
- Make reservations in PMS and confirm the information to guests
- Update reservations received from OTAs and brand website
- Complete mail, email, pre-paid, and direct bill reservations
- Handle advance saver reservations according to the policy
- Create and update group reservations, event function in PMS and finalize it with creation of a BO
- Enter group rooming lists
- Handle no-show reservations daily
Requirements:
- College degree in tourism and hotel management is a must
- Previous work experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Hungarian: additional languages preferred
- Precise, reliable, enthusiastic and team player personality is needed
