We are looking for caring and attentive applicants who will be focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences to our guests. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and transportation options.

Main tasks:
- Offer information and special services to our guests in order to enhance their visit
- Responsible for answering questions, giving directions
- Making detailed reservations or recommendations
Our expectations:
- At least one-year work experience as a Receptionist / Concierge in 4* or 5* hotels
- Hotel Management education is a plus
- Fluent in English and Hungarian, additional language is an advantage
- Pleasant and professional personality
- Attentiveness and patience with guests
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts
