Aria Hotel Budapest is looking for a Public and Guest Relations Manager
Responsibilities
PR:
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Leverage existing media relationships and acquire new contacts within business and industry media
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Create content for press releases, articles and presentations
- Evaluate and handle requests from bloggers/influencers on a daily basis
Guest relations
- Analyse customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
- Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
Expectations:
- Proven working experience in public relations required
- Strong relationships with the local media
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in Hungarian and English
- Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
