We are looking for a candidate for the Budapest office of a multinational company which operates in the business of life-style management and travel services.
Requirements:
• University/College degree in tourism
• At least 5 years’ experience in serving VIP customers in 4-5* hotels in Hungary
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
Main duties & responsibilities:
• Researching and arranging travels, restaurant bookings, club bookings, health & beauty requests, gift ideas, sports, theatre & concert tickets etc.
• Knowledge of Hungarian market
• Intensive & extensive phone and email-based correspondence
• Reactively handling all incoming lifestyle & leisure related requests & enquires from members in accordance with the company standard
• Request management

Working hours:
- Full time employment with weekly rota – Monday – Sunday inclusive of alternative shift patterns of 8.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. – 10.00 p.m.
- Additional hours may be necessary.
- Requirement to be on call outside working hours in case of service-related emergency
