Group Sales Manager

In this role you will

• be responsible for international group markets.
• identify and target group customers that will generate business on behalf of the hotel.
• utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of the hotel.
• use company wide programs, sales developments and prospecting projects.
• follow up on all business inquiries and leads and qualify business to generate room nights.
• create and execute account plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximum results.
• achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls and site inspections.

Our expectations:

• At least two years of experience in Hotel Sales
• Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Delphi, Internet and Opera
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel
• Fluent English
• Good personal & professional references
