GENERAL MISSION

• To provide great service for everyone of our guests to ensure that they feel welcome, valued, indulged and magnifique!
• The Night Auditor is responsible for the arrival of guests, service during their stay and ensures their smooth and high-quality departure as the Sofitel standards required.
• Checks the daily operational tasks and to those related accounts according to the night Checklist, makes any necessary corrections and closes the business day.
