We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager at Dean's College Hotel. A newly established brand for hybrid operation concept with 418 keys in Budapest. Dean's College Hotel offers 3 star hotel accommodation for short stay guests and apartments for long stay student guests.

Main tasks:
- Lead and manage student hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Lead the team to success, control and advise the third-party contractors and their work on the building.
- Maintain the building as it would be yours.
- Oversee Front Office, HK, Engineering, Reservation, Marketing and Sales departments.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- High level written and spoken English
- Ability to manage superior financial performance
- Strong leadership skills
- 5+ years experience, min 1-3 years senior role
Working hours: 40 hours/week
Place of work: Budapest, District IX.
