Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager (Maternity cover), Budapest I. district

He/She will be responsible for implementing strategies to maximize the revenues of the hotels and effective use of revenue management tools in order to enhance revenues and optimize turnover. Based in Budapest, but manage the revenues of hotels in South-Eastern Europe region.

• Supports operation in defining the revenue strategy of the hotels
• Analyses the revenue and the performance of the hotels in order to define adequate pricing strategies and launch promotions
• Analyses contracts performance before decisions on contracts renewals
• Analyses the performance and the pricing strategy of the competitors
• Provides dynamic forecasts
• Makes daily RM decisions in order to optimize hotel revenues is in charge of helping to reach and beat the operational turnover budget of the hotels

Our expectations:

• Min. 1 years of experience in hospitality sector in the field of revenue management
• Knowledge of revenue management tools is considered as an important advantage (EzRMS/IDeaS)
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (finance, economy or management preferred)
• English language fluency
• Romanian language is advantage
• Advanced MS Office knowledge, Excel proficiency
• RM DIM | RM PRO certificate would be an asset
