Regional Director, Mozart Hotel Group

Mozart Hotel Group is looking for a Regional Director, responsible for our 3 hotels, located in Prague, Budapest and Vienna.

The successful candidate represents the company in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, creating processes and policies.

The main office is situated in Prague and therefore also the main working place.

We expect the following from you:
 Perfect in German language and excellent in English language
 3 years of experience in leading at least a 4* star hotel
 Experiences in different departments of a hotel, both in operation and administration
 Very good skills in controlling and organizing
 Negotiating skills

Among other things you will be responsible for the following tasks:
 Leading of an international team
 Working in a very close partnership with our local GM / RM
 Manage all financial budgets and projects in behalf of the ownership
 Collaborate with the Global Sales Office, Regional Sales Directors and Regional Revenue Manager
 Creating of processes and procedures in order to have smooth and high level operation in the individual hotels
 Controlling all end of months reports of the hotels and set activities accordingly
 Monitoring the performance of the hotels by using different sources
 Leading construction and renovation processes in the hotels

Payment is made according to the collective agreement with the willingness to overpay, according to experience and agreement. Please also inform us about your salary expectations in your application.
