Catering Sales Manager

Functions as the strategic business leader of the property's Banquets/Catering Department and responsible for the property's proactive sales efforts. The position shares responsibility for achieving revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction and the financial performance of the department. Implements the brand's service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process.Ensures a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales while consistently delivering a high level of service. Ensures the team maximizes revenue opportunities by up-selling and accurately forecasting (catering and group rooms) all events.

Our requirements:
- educational: college or university degree,
- work experience: hotel or service industry,
- skills, knowledge: relevant experience in F&B, strong communication skills both in Hungarian and in English.

The position is based in the Budapest Marriott hotel.
