International luxury hotel with premium services and high-class facilities is seeking to recruit an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is seeking to embark on a career in hospitality.

Main Duties:
• Create a full proposal to customers for meetings and events, in close relationship with other hotel departments within 24 hours;
• Groups and Activity handling in Opera;
• Monitoring of the standards of tenders and competitor’s;
• Take part on Sales meetings, revenue-raising meetings, initiating sales calls;
• Regular follow up on proposal’s;
• Find new customers, developing and nurturing the good relationship;
• Preparation and conduction of site visits;
• Participation in Local Sales Blitzes;
• Knowledge of e RFP platforms (Starcite, CVent, SpeedRFP)
• Knowledge of DMC’s, Venue Finder’s and PCO’s on local and international market

Minimum expectations:
• Diploma in hotel industry;
• Fluent English;
• Possess 2-3 years working in Sales Department, ideally within a 4* or 5* Hotel;
• Have experience with hotel software systems (e.g. Opera).
