Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to guests from the arrival to the departure
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information and program possibilities to the guests

Requirements:
- At least 3 year’s experience in the same role
- Fluent English Good knowledge of Opera software
- Client oriented and high motivated personality
