International luxury hotel with premium services and high-class facilities is seeking to recruit an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is seeking to embark on a career in hospitality.

Main Duties:
•Responsible for training the new and existing colleagues for the standards together with the Operational Coach team;
•Monitor, track and continuously follow up on the ongoing project with close cooperation with the department heads;
•Communicate the quality results all across the hotel via different forums (board, newsletter etc);
•Train the team members for using the Triton/Knowcross system;
•Analyze the statistical results, identify specific or repeated actions in the system;
•Export positive guest comments from the Market Metrix and communicate them in the hotel;
•Assist the Hotel Manager to implement new processes and improve guest satisfaction by proactive actions

Minimum expectations:
•Diploma in hotel industry;
•Fluent English;
•Possess 4-5 years working in Operations area, ideally within a 4* or 5* Hotel.
