Main duties:
• Create a full proposal to customers for LOCALmeetings and events;
• Follow up the leads regarding LOCAL events;
• Full organization of the event requirements of the MICE groups;
• Organization and conduction of site inspections related to contracted groups;
• Monitoring of all changes during the group’s stay;
• Close cooperation with the operational departments;
• Monitoring of contracted deposit payments;
• Full knowledge of the Hotel products, promotions and services;
• Upselling Hotel products and services;
• Serves as a role model for his/her fellow colleagues;
• Building quality relationship with new and existing partners;
• Represent the Hotel at various meetings and Events.
The ideal candidate:
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Ability to multi-task projects;
• Excellent problem solving, reasoning and training abilities;
• Enjoy a challenging, variable, fast-paced environment;
• Relevant experience in events;
• German and French knowledge is an advantage
