Front Desk Night Manager

By being the “owner” of the entire Hotel during overnight, it is the Night Manager who supervises and ensures the smooth operation of the reception, room service, housekeeping, engineering and all the other operational departments.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of different reports
• Completion of the night audit in an accurate and timely manner
• Acting without prior authority in all matters concerning the safety, security and well-being of hotel guests, patrons and employees in the absence of the senior management
• Establishing a strong supervisory presence when s/he is the only manager in charge

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Front Desk/Front Office supervisory and/or management experience in a 4 or 5* hotel
• Fluent Hungarian and English, any other language is a plus
• A college degree
• Good financial acumen, which is essential to prepare the hotel’s financial reports overnight
• A highly guest-oriented personality
