GENERAL MISSION
- Welcomes the guests in a polite and friendly manner, appropriate to the hotel quality level and according to Sofitel Standards
- Treats the hotel guests with high care, with special attention to VIP guests and regular guests, in order to meet their expectations and creates guest loyalty
- Offers hotel services to guests

- Good communication and listening skills
- Fluent in English- second foreign language is a plus
