Main duties:
• Coordinating the internal HR programs and events; internal communication
• Recruiting and coordinating trainees and students 
• Maintaining day-to-day administration for the HR and the L&D department;
• Follow up and administrate the employee performance reviews;
• Organizing internal trainings (company and skill trainings);
• Completing and refreshing the training monthly reports, statistics, yearly budget;
• Participating actively in training administration;

The ideal candidate has:
• Have excellent administration skills; have attention to details;
• Advanced user level in MS Office programs;
• Multitasking and prioritizing skills;
• Dynamic, focused, proactive, open minded, reliable and creative person.
