At art’otel budapest we are on the lookout for a part time HR Coordinator!

As an HR Coordinator, you will work under the general guidance of the Regional HR Manager and the General Manager and be responsible for supporting the HR function across the property to deliver an excellent team member experience.

Key tasks & responsibilities
 All administration of the HR operation of art’otel budapest
 Complete monthly report to be submitted to the Payroll office
 Recruitment and selection in collaboration with the Head of Departments
 Ensure HR processes are adhered to and policies are being followed
 Organize and deliver internal Induction trainings
 Assist with employee relation issues in the hotel

What we are looking for
 Similar professional experience in HR preferably in a hotel environment
 Possess a good command of English and German
 Strong IT skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
 Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and work under pressure
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to live up to our mission statement of: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
