Overnight Front Desk Receptionist

The Overnight Front Desk Receptionist together with the Night Manager is the „owner” of all the hotel activities at night. Besides the receptionist duties the night receptionist is responsible for running the night audit reports and the preparatory work for the following day.

Our expectations:

• Any experience at a 4 or 5* hotel in a similar position
• College degree
• Proficiency in MS Office systems is a must, Opera / Hostware is a plus
• Fluent English and Hungarian (any other language is a plus)
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Ability to make decisions and to handle problems
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task
