Key duties:
• Reports to Business Development Manager,
• Works closely with Revenue Management Team,
• Fully supports revenue management decisions and is eager to exceeding expectations
• Constantly communicates with other departments (e.g. Front Desk) 
• Manages daily administration of Reservations department with full focus on customer satisfaction
• Works closely with the hotel Sales and Conference & Events Sales Team,
• Ensures accuracy of the hotel’s PMS in terms of room type availability, allocations, accuracy of Reservations,
• Responsible for working closely with Travel Agents and Tour Operators and identifies new business opportunities,
• Heading administration of all tour series business including forecasted materialization and rooming lists,
• Ensures appropriate reservations script is being used by agents and all standards being met,
• Completes monthly reservations staff schedule,
• Holds monthly meetings about priorities and trains the team,
• Ensures that the team is fully trained according to their duties,

The successful candidate will have:
• Minimum 2 years hotel experience 
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (German is an advantage) 
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness 
• Excellent understanding of Yield Management 
• Experience with OnQ an advantage, not required though 
• Excellent people management skills 
• Attends all concerned trainings.
