Hotel Financial Controller

Main tasks:

• Provide financial analysis and support to all units and management Data supply to accounting external team on a monthly basis.
• Participate in preparation of the yearly & monthly operating budget and following control over it.
• Establish and lead in the following S.O.P.: payroll policy & control, credit card & collection policy, rebate policy, inventory policy, cheque signing procedure and cash system control, agreements and contracts making best practice.
• Conduct self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the organization and hotel.
• Learn, understand and refer to the management company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for proper completion of payroll processing and preparation.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for clarification when needed
• Strong work ethic
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel accounting in a management capacity field

Working hours: 8 hours

Place of work: Budapest, District VII.
