Hotel General Manager
We are looking for a Hotel Manager who can independently handle the hotel operations with utmost efficiency. Your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results.
- Developing and implementing business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Mozart Hotel Group and the hotel owner’s overall mission, vision, values and strategies.
- Controlling the daily revenue report, the monthly profit and loss statement, analysing results and taking action when necessary.
- Managing the daily operations of the Hotel which includes overseeing the operations of the Rooms Division, Housekeeping, Engineering.
- Planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals
- Ensuring a compliance with health and safety hygiene practises
- Ensuring and improving quality
- At least 5 years’ experience in management position in hospitality
- General Manager experience is considered as an advantage
- Fluency in Hungarian and in English
- Leadership, autonomy
- Service and quality minded character
- Ability to create positive, effective and sustainable working relati
- Knowledge of Fidelio PMS system
- Availability from February 2023
