Key responsibilities:
•Establishing guest relations, introduce upselling and coordinate it continuously;
•Scheduling, organizing and supervising the workforce at the Spa;
•Checking the guest satisfaction results, make statistics and analyse them;
•Collecting the products and materials for the SPA, coordinate the purchasing;
•Ordering and supervising service orders;
•Establishing and implementing SPA packages and launch them on the market; 
•Active participation in market plan, make suggestions and execution in close cooperation with the Director of Rooms and the Director of Sales and Marketing;
•Taking responsibility not to exceed the budget and achieve the targeted revenue and GOP;
•Implementing new membership packages;
•Organizing minimum one event for the SPA members;
•Creating promotions for the newsletter.

Minimum expectations:
•Outstanding treatment experience and knowledge of top spa products and standards;
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•Hands on management approach with strong people management skills;
•Distinctive, professional and warm personality.
