RESPONSIBILITIES
Hard Rock Cafe Budapest is seeking a talented Operations Supervisor, who has strong skills to deal with people (guests and employees), experienced in restaurant operations and related business (F&B, HR, hospitality, tourism, commerce), and fluent in English. QUALIFICATIONS
Got What It Takes To Be In The Band?

• Relevant experience in operations with high volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
• Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English a must
• Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions
• Ability to grow the business by operating a financially profitable restaurant and retail business
• Work as a team leader, helping all employees to complete the required activities, and the different departments to cooperate
• Expected to adhere to all company policies and to act as a role model for the staff
• Ability to effectively pitch and present information in one-on- one and group situations tocustomers, clients, partners and other employees of the organization
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking
• Ability to learn and bring "out of the box" ideas to the team
• Genuine enthusiasm and attitude for serving people and providing memorable experiences
• High level of business acumen and common sense
