Budapest Wedding is looking for a new event planner

We are looking for an event / wedding planner to take on the planning aspects of our high-end, destination weddings in Budapest.

Job description:
• Acknowledging requests for quotation within 12 hours
• Preparing presentations with venue suggestions and services (based on company templates)
• Preparing wedding contracts (based on company templates)
• Arranging meetings with suppliers and taking actions accordingly 
• Preparation of wedding budgets (based on company templates)
• On-the-day coordination of weddings (with on-site manager) 
• Final settlements, billing and payments

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English and Hungarian
• Must have min. 2 year event or banquet coordination experience
• Reliable and honest personality
• Advantage - able to prepare presentations using Mac Keynote (based on company templates)
• Advantage - driving license
