DOSM at Dean's College Hotel leads the sales and marketing department of the student house and hotel, oversees and manages sales staff, revenue management and reservation to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved. He/ She is responsible for bringing new business to the establishment.
Main tasks:
- Create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers
- Update and own the sales strategy & sales plan
- Coordination of hotel and student hotel sales
- Responsible for the training of sales managers and staff
- Ensure hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals
- Oversee the marketing strategy and distribution of marketing materials
- Oversee revenue management and the pricing strategy
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- High level written and spoken English
- Ability to manage superior financial performance
- Strong leadership skills
- 5+ years experience, min 1-3 years senior role
