Group Desk Sales Executive, Budapest
International luxury hotel with premium services and high-class facilities is seeking to recruit an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is seeking to embark on a career in hospitality.
•Create a full proposal to customers for meetings and events, in close relationship with other hotel departments within 24 hours;
•Groups and Activity handling in Opera;
•Monitoring of the standards of tenders and competitor’s;
•Take part on Sales meetings, revenue-raising meetings, initiating sales calls;
•Regular follow up on proposal’s;
•Find new customers, developing and nurturing the good relationship;
•Preparation and conduction of site visits;
•Participation in Local Sales Blitzes;
•Knowledge of e RFP platforms (Starcite, CVent, SpeedRFP)
•Knowledge of DMC’s, Venue Finder’s and PCO’s on local and international market
•Diploma in hotel industry;
•Possess 2-3 years working in Sales Department, ideally within a 4* or 5* Hotel;
•Have experience with hotel software systems (e.g. Opera).
