Position
Event Planner

Job Responsibilities

  • Full End 2 End organizing client internal and external events (planning, managing logistical support, reservation of facilities, food, sending invitations, registration of participants, delivery of the events, etc.);
  • Negotiate with hotels’ MICE Sales Representative and other suppliers
  • Coordinate the events, onsite support
  • Create summary reports and budget of Events
  • Events research and monitoring, maintenance of events database.
  • National congress delegate management
  • Invoicing, client survey
  • Daily communication with the client operational team
  • Assist and work as required by Team Leader

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in Assistance, Hotel, Event or Travel Company
  • Good computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal
  • Fast learner, enthusiastic and positive thinking
  • Pleasant personality, service-minded
  • Ensure good relations with clients and internal team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently
