Position
Event Planner
Job Responsibilities
- Full End 2 End organizing client internal and external events (planning, managing logistical support, reservation of facilities, food, sending invitations, registration of participants, delivery of the events, etc.);
- Negotiate with hotels’ MICE Sales Representative and other suppliers
- Coordinate the events, onsite support
- Create summary reports and budget of Events
- Events research and monitoring, maintenance of events database.
- National congress delegate management
- Invoicing, client survey
- Daily communication with the client operational team
- Assist and work as required by Team Leader
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in Assistance, Hotel, Event or Travel Company
- Good computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal
- Fast learner, enthusiastic and positive thinking
- Pleasant personality, service-minded
- Ensure good relations with clients and internal team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently
