GENERAL MISSION
To provide great service for everyone of our guests to ensure that they feel welcome, valued, indulged and magnifique!
The Communication Center Clerk is responsible for all the services provided by the Communication Center, for the operation of the copier, fax, scanner and computers, provides internet and e-mail access, dealing with the internal and external calls, continuously provides high and luxury level of services as the Sofitel standard required.

  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Good level of English - second foreign language is a plus
