We are an international hotel chain with several hotels in different European countries.
For our 4* Hotel in Budapest we are looking as of now for an experienced Hotel Director.
Main tasks:
- Supervision of the planned renovation work
- Responsibility for the entire organisation and all work processes in the hotel sector
- Responsibility for the preparation, presentation and securing of the annual operating budgets
- Working out short, medium and long-term result-oriented goals
- Continuous optimization of all processes
- Communication with local authorities and suppliers
- Coordination of measures to optimise all used resources
- Leadership and development of all team members
Requirements:
- Specific education in hotel and / or touristic environment
- Knowledge of the Hungarian hotel market
- Contacts to various local and international sales channels
- Strong leadership qualities
- Experiences in project management
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a hotel manager in the upscale hotel business
- Very good control abilities and numerical comprehension
- Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English language, other languages advantageous
- Ability to work in a team
- Guest and service-oriented thinking
- Representative appearance
