Regional Revenue Manager, Mozart Hotel Group

Mozart Hotel Group is looking for a Regional Revenue Manager, responsible for our 3 hotels, located in Prague, Budapest and Vienna.
The successful candidate represents the company in developing and implementing strategic initiatives in terms of rate policy for all our
locations.

The main office is situated in Prague and therefore also the main working place.

We expect the following from you:
 Very good in English language and good communication skills in another language
 1 year of experience in a similar position
 Knowledge in the reservation department and Front Office
 Very good skills analyzing figures and results
 Understanding of local hotel markets and their price sensibility

Among other things you will be responsible for the following tasks:
 Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of 3 hotels
 Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
 Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and to full capacity
 Responsible for best practice standards to include competitor analysis, distribution yield management, pricing control and new pricing concepts
 Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates
 Sharing strategies and processes with the local reservation departments
 Monitoring the performance of the hotels by using different sources

Payment is made according to the collective agreement with the willingness to overpay, according to experience and agreement.
